Together, We Can Make a Difference for Scottsdale’s Veterans
This holiday season, we invite you to join us in supporting the Adopt-A-Veteran program—an initiative led by Scottsdale For Veterans, in partnership with the Chamber’s Veteran & Military Affairs Coalition (VMAC) and the City of Scottsdale’s Veteran Advisory Commission.
We are proud to continue expanding this meaningful program, launched to uplift veterans in our community and ensure they feel supported, valued, and remembered during the holidays. Thanks to you, local veterans receive essentials, thoughtful gifts, and reminders that their community stands with them.
How the Program Helps
Your generosity directly supports veterans participating in the City’s Adopt-A-Senior program and those receiving veteran housing assistance.
Your help provides:
Thanksgiving Support: A complete holiday meal along with additional treats and comfort items.
Christmas Support: Fulfilling veteran wishlists to bring joy, dignity, and a sense of belonging.
Together, these efforts reflect our shared promise to honor and care for the men and women who served.

The VMAC Packages From Home Packing Party (December 3rd), hosted and sponsored by Credit Union West with additional sponsorship from VIP Mortgage, was an inspiring evening of giving back. Together, participants packed 50 care packages filled with essential food, hygiene, and entertainment items to support Active Duty U.S. Military members, including K9 teams, as well as homeless, transitioning, and at-risk veterans.

Packages From Home presented certificates of appreciation to Credit Union West, VIP Mortgage, and the Veteran and Military Affairs Coalition (VMAC) in recognition of their generous contributions and continued support.
