Our February program features Dana Herzberg, Founder & Head of School of The Jones-Gordon School, whose entrepreneurial vision and leadership have reshaped specialized education in our community. From launching On-Track Tutoring in 1999 to founding and growing The Jones-Gordon School into a thriving college-preparatory institution serving more than 160 students, Dana’s career reflects resilience, strategic growth, and purpose-driven leadership. Her journey from educator to headmaster offers powerful lessons on building mission-aligned organizations, leading with conviction, and turning challenges into opportunities for impact.
