The program was introduced by the Chamber's Hannah Cole and moderated by SRYP Board Member Clayton Caupp. Attendees walked away with actionable takeaways, fresh perspectives, and new connections, making this another successful SRYP event. Lunch was kindly sponsored by E Squared Marketing and featured delicious food from Ling & Louie's.

SRYP gathered recently at Scottsdale Stadium’s Field House for an evening of networking and insider access.
Members mingled over light refreshments, then embarked on a tour of the stadium: exploring management offices, locker rooms, weight and physical-therapy facilities, and even the press booth, before stepping out onto the field itself.
Enthusiasm was high as attendees got a behind-the-scenes glimpse of one of Scottsdale’s most iconic venues. SRYP thanks everyone who joined us for this unforgettable evening and looks forward to our next opportunity to connect and explore together!

SRYPÂ played a pivotal role in the Leaders in the Making event on December 12th, hosted at Scottsdale Community College. Designed to bridge the gap between education and the professional world, this impactful program connected 120 Scottsdale Unified School District (SUSD) students with young professionals for mentorship and career exploration.

SRYP members led interactive small-group discussions, offering students insights into diverse career paths, including business, law enforcement, hospitality, and culinary arts. This hands-on guidance inspired students to explore their passions and gain a clearer sense of their professional futures. The event underscored the importance of mentorship and the collaborative power of community in shaping tomorrow’s leaders.

On November 12th, young professionals and seasoned leaders gathered at Canal Convergence at the Scottsdale Waterfront for the annual Scottsdale Professionals Converge event, presented by Sacks Tierney and Randy Nussbaum. A joint effort of Scottsdale Rising Young Professionals, NextGen@Scottsdale Arts, and Scottsdale Leadership, this dynamic networking opportunity fostered connections between emerging talents and established business leaders.

The event highlighted the power of collaboration and community, leaving participants inspired to cultivate relationships that bridge generations and drive professional growth.
Volunteer Day at the Harvest Compassion Center
On August 21st, the Scottsdale Rising Young Professionals (SRYP) participated in Volunteer Day at the Harvest Compassion Center-North Phoenix, part of their commitment to community service.
