Executive Assistant

As we continue to expand and grow, the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate must be a creative, forward thinking, detail oriented individual and enjoy working within a small environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented.

• Minimum 2 years experience supporting C-level executives
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Job Description
• Executive support to the CEO and VP
• Responsible for scheduling appointments and calendar management
• Professional demeanor and representation at all times
• Organize meetings, create agendas and minutes
• Sit at the front desk, greet visitors and answer phones
• Assist with social media outreach
• Maintain high level of confidentiality
• Manage multiple priorities & deadlines
• General administrative tasks
• Other duties as assigned
