It’s been said that being the boss is the loneliest job in the world. You shoulder the load of an entire company, yet you have no one to turn to for advice on sensitive issues.
Wouldn’t it be nice to have your very own board of directors?
A group of trusted advisors you can turn to when faced with a tough decision?
Now you do.

A TRUSTED GROUP OF PEERS
|
|
Imagine the combined brainpower of business equals who have tackled the same issues you are struggling with now.
CEO Advantage is a unique program designed to help business owners and officers achieve their highest level of success. CEO Advantage provides a safe, non-competitive environment for sharing experience-based insight on the challenges that virtually every businessperson faces.
Based on a foundation of peer-to-peer learning, CEO Advantage brings together 10-12 individuals from diverse industries and backgrounds who meet monthly for 3-4 hours to discuss matters of business and personal interest.
Meetings are structured and follow a strict protocol to insure the integrity of the information exchange. Groups are led by a trained facilitator who is responsible for insuring productive, stimulating meetings and reinforcing the ground rules of engagement. Many participants refer to their peer groups as their personal board of directors that can be trusted with essentially any information.
CEO Advantage is not a social club, a therapy group or a “fix-it” group. And it’s not a leads or networking group, although valuable relationships are built and can lead to opportunities outside the CEO Advantage environment.

HOW ARE MY PEERS SELECTED
Many factors are considered when assigning a candidate to a peer group. Each candidate is required to complete an application, which gathers essential information about the applicant’s company, including size, revenues, life cycle and current challenges. We also look at the applicant’s background and core competencies to determine his or her compatibility with other participants.
Competing companies will not be placed together. Similarly, client/supplier relationships will be taken into account. All processes are designed to protect the confidential nature of the CEO Advantage experience and create an optimal environment of trust.
Once the application process is complete, a personal or phone interview will be conducted to further test compatibility, confirm commitment and answer lingering questions.
