As a membership-based, volunteer-driven organization, we rely on our volunteers to help advance the Chamber's mission and vision. As a member of the Scottsdale Area Chamber, you have the opportunity to lend your knowledge and support to a number of committees and advisory councils. Whether you are interested in being an Ambassador, debating public policy, developing business programs or guiding economic development in Scottsdale, we welcome and encourage your involvement!

Members of our Airpark committee provide guidance to Chamber staff on issues and challenges specific to busiensses located in the Airpark Area. Members also serve as hosts for our First Friday Airaprk Breakfast, Meet Your Neighbors Lunches and our annual Airpark Tradeshow.

Members of this advisory council identify areas of need within our business community and develop programs to impact those needs. Members support and direct member recruitment and retention efforts, oversee our Chamber Rewards and Partnership program, evaluate and make recommendations on dues structure and membership programs to Chamber staff and the Board of Directors.

Members of PPAC are responsible for anticipating, defining and performing research on policies, projects, proposed legislation, trends, etc. that may influence the Scottsdale business community; and makes recommendations on chamber positions and action to the Chamber Board of Directors.

The Safety and Workplace Wellness committee works to raise awareness of the importance of workplace safety and mitigate the cost and occurrence of worksite injuries. In addition, this committee oversees the Chamber’s relationship with SCF of Arizona.
